Our summer staff includes our young adult support staff, high school counselors, and adult volunteers. As a highly relational camp, these are the people who really make our ministry happen each summer during our 4 weeks of summer camp and our events with our Camper Agency Partners throughout the rest of the year.

Joining Our Summer Staff Team: The way to join our summer staff team for the following summer is through our retreat and event ministry with our Camper Agency Partners. When you serve at one of these events, that will be considered as your staff application for the following summer. This applies to former and new staff. In December, we will email a form to all accepted counselors to request which week(s) they would like to serve the following summer. In January, final assignments for which week(s) each counselor is assigned will be emailed along with a registration and donation link to complete the process. We ask counselors to make a donation of $250 for each week they serve at camp. Adult Volunteers, if you have questions about serving at Camp Lighthouse, please email Alan White.

New Staff Applicants: New staff must be in the 9th-12th grade for the 2026-27 school year. Prior to your first event with us, go to our new staff training page (click HERE) to watch a short video and complete the registration form which can be found below the video. Once complete, we will send you an invitation to join our BAND App group which will give you access to RSVP for the various events and retreats you see below throughout the year.​​​​​​​​​
